IS Uncapped screws up FTP uploads?

Just had several clients complain to me about them having to FTP files constantly. FTP says completed but the file size is incorrect. We're using an Active setup as the provider doesn't allow passive connections (meaning only port 21 is available)

Any ideas or insights as to why this is caused on IS Uncapped and not on SAIX etc?

Luck with that.
I have had the same issues in the past. FTP is very unreliable.
For the last few months I have been fine though.
