Is Webafrica falling apart?

Webafrica has been running massive ad campaigns lately: maybe they've grown faster than their staff can comfortably handle. It certainly could get better. It's just not great now, and if there're viable alternatives, they're hard to recommend.

^THIS!

Ironically, you call support, and it just rings and rings. You call sales and they answer within seconds. What does that tell you?

As for good alternatives, have only been hearing good things about CISP, so they're next on my list.

Let me know if you have any questions around CISP's services :).

I still think they have a great infrastructure, and in general the fiber delays are out of their control - but yeah their support can be incredibly slow.

If you're not happy just vote with your wallet and move on..

This, once your up. They are pretty good and stable. Just be patient, if you log a call expect feedback only 24 - 48 hours later. They have never replied same day to me but once they have the problems was usually sorted.

WA started out really good.

I seem to remember them being taken over/merging about 2 years ago and that's when everything went pear shaped.

Some of my worst memories are of holding on for 40 minutes without getting a reply from the support team - "hi I'm Sue" being played over and over and over and over and over and over and over............

They're OK as long as nothing goes wrong but if it does, God help you (they won't).
