ISA Backplate

Hi im looking for a supplier of ISA backplates. im not sure if backplate is the correct term im using . but they use motherboards made by IEI a sample model number is ROCKY-4786EVG. If any1 could advise me on where to get either the backplate or motherboard it would be greatly appreciated .. or if there are other solutions out there... i basically just need ISA slots for INTEL dialogic sound cards
