At around 00:16 in Randburg (connected to Hyde Park) my connection dropped and since then hangs at "verifying username and password" ..when it gets there. Sometimes it just flat-out platzes on even making an initial connection!

Of course the vaunted "support" (HAH, lying schwein!) line cheerfully tells you how important to them your call is and, while merrily sucking on your phone bill on that 0861 premium line doesn't for a DAMN get answered.

Great job itBust, way to live up to (this) customer expectations. So, this affecting anyone else?

Wednesday morning is their maintenance window. It usually happens just after 12am and can last for a few hours.

You should get used to this to avoid getting let down, the best is when it goes off while you are playing online

I'll tell you all the horrible horrible truth behind these "maintanences".

Once a week someone in the server room decides to be a smart ass and feed HIM after midnight.
