What is the status of this?
For the past 10 years this has been discounted on my account. Now I notice that it's no longer being applied. A query to mtnsp elicited the response that it's been discontinued.
When I renewed my contract last year I was not advised that one of the basic terms had unilaterally changed. Is this the normal way in MTN deals with its clientele?
