Laptop for me

You clearly have a preference for colder colour temperature.

Yes, I do.
When I start the Windows Color Calibration. Everything is fine.
You cannot change it. The glass has been designed to block certain wavelengths of light that is harmful to the eyes. The eye experts say those wavelengths are harmful.

Trust me. You cannot change it. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it cannot be changed.

All that the certification means is that it can still present all the same colours as per the calibration.

They are literally saying you can see things the same you’ve always done. That’s what the certification means.

If it didn’t nobody would use their displays professionally.

Essentially it means that it will be impossible for you to tell the difference between two calibrated displays, one with the filter and one without.

I know that option on the external monitors. This is not that.

You cannot. I've been through hell with HP. They said I cannot change it.

You can’t change it, but you can still calibrate it to look exactly the way you want it to.

That’s what the certification is all about.

What calibration? They didn't tell me anything about that.

Any monitor can be calibrated with a colour profile.

You literally mentioned the windows colour calibration tool in your post above.

It’s there so that you can make multiple different monitors exactly the same to a standard so that everyone sees the same thing.

More so important for artists and printers so everyone is working in the same parameters.

You evidently throw words like colour gamut around without understanding what they mean.

Exactly. It's just a setting in windows, not a glass filter on the actual screen.

No it is a real thing, much the same as they put into most every pair of glasses these days.

It doesn’t however magically remove the ability to adjust colour temperature to your preference or not be able to calibrate screens.

I can guarantee OP won’t be able to identify which screen has a filter in place between two calibrated monitors.

What he appears to be stuck on most is the default calibration of these screens leaning towards warm, which is a tale as old as time between different manufacturers.

Please enlighten me. Do I go into the Intel Graphics Control Panel and change the settings for R, G and B?

I haven’t used Windows in forever.

You’ll either have some built-in tools or your graphics card manufacturer may have some in the drivers.

Your concern is specifically colour temperature.

This is the method I followed. When I get to the step to adjust color, it shows me gray bars, if the grays are off you need to adjust it. But all the grays are fine in my case so no adjustment is needed. Hence I make no changes when I go through the calibration wizard.

2. 1920 x 1080p resolution, at least 300 nits brightness, 100% sRGB colour gamut, IPS panel, anti glare screen, NO BLUE LIGHT FILTERS or EYEEASE TECHNOLOGY (please not 45% NTSC colour gamut)
3. i7 12th or 13th gen
4. 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
5. Backlit keyboard, with full keypad
6. Windows operating system

The ports can be negotiable:

Does anyone know of a laptop with such a configuration? I've been searching for such a laptop for days but cannot find one. I prefer Lenovo, Dell or HP.
Any help would be appreciated.

ASUS may not your preferred brand but I got one recently which could work for you:

ASUS Vivobook K3504VA-OI71610S0W
15.6”
2.8k OLED
I7
1360P
16GB DDR4 (OB+ SD)
1TB PCIe SSD
1 x USB 2.0 Type-A
1 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C support power delivery
2 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
1 x HDMI 1.4
1 x 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack
