Laptops with built in HSDPA cards

Anyone knows if Dell (or other manufacturers) are of the intention to make these available in South Africa?
(http://hardware.silicon.com/desktops/0,39024645,39155905,00.htm) The Dell US site, already lists the built-in HSDPA card as an option when configuring certain models of their laptops for purchase.

The Dell Latitude D620 and D820 models that sport the optional HSDPA modules are currently available to South Africans but unfortunately without the option of choosing the WWAN card. It's only available to the Europeans at the moment.

Thanks for the response. I checked the website again, but don't see the option when configuring the 820.
Do you mean WLAN card? If one has to choose between the two, it defeats the purpose of the exercise.

It has a WLAN and a WWAN slot under the keyboard which can only (warranty purposes) be accessed by a certified Dell engineer.

EDIT: Actually it is customer replaceable. Undo the keyboard and slot them in.
