Maybe try find some of these art glass blowers in Cape Town. Surely they can assist or at least put you on the right track.

so it turns out the pharmacy has changed hands (as mrs_ant stated)
the "bottles" / bell jars were sold by the old owner to the new owner, and now live in their diep river branch.
a suggestion was to go to the waterfront - at the clock tower area there is a shop that sells "ships in a bottle" & supplies the things needed to somehow get your motoryacht into a bottle - they seemingly would know where to obtain oversized bottles
At Coricraft canal walk at the moment and they have the bottles at R500....
