Nothing is running, just getting this constant problem. Been like this since friday. Getting major lag on the servers.

Have you done the normal virus/spyware checks?

Had the same thing earlier today, reset the router and 'tis all fine now.

I also see my speeds are back to normal: from 55kb/s on the 384k package down to 41 again.

Every things seems to be fine with me....Pings are ok!
