LG V20

Nougat was a hack on the V20 in order to be first to market. Look at the kernel on these devices, they're still v3.xx. Other nougat phones, like Huawei, ran V4.xx.

2 years down and still like my V20. Looking at G7 at the end of the month. Not sure I want to wait for a G8 or a V40/V50. Doubt there'll be much of a difference and I've learnt, short of the hifi quad DAC, I rarely use any of these fancy features, etc.

I'm definitely done with the 2nd screen though. Can't count number of times I've accidently turned on the torch while standing in a queue with the phone pointing at some woman's butt in front of me. I'm done explaining.

End of line for me with the V20. 2 years, zero hassles. I think I'm finally a fanboy of something. :D
Received the G7 ThinQ last Friday. V20 off to market. Kept it in too good a condition to let it rot in a box. :D

Bye bye LG... First to market with Android 7 on LG V20 - expected good things from you to keep the updates coming. Didn't happen so I moved on to explore the Huawei Mate 20 Pro - released with Android 9 and a promise of more frequent updates.

Enjoyed my LG V20 but the updating was non -existent
