List of countries and telephone codes, in SQL/CSV?

Hi,

I need a list of countries and the telephone codes (e.g. SA +27 UK +44), and I need it in an easy to import format like CSV or SQL.

I have found this: http://www.itu.int/itudoc/itu-t/ob-lists/icc/e164_763.html Buts its PDF and word, does anyone have another file format for me?

It's quite simple really. took me 2 mins(including download). Download the word file. Select the table. Copy. Open Excel. Paste Special. Select the text option, not the MS word Object option. Save as CSV file.

Yeah, after I posted I thought I could do that.....guess I wasn't thinking
