I'm not a Mac guru so please bare with me!
An office has about 15 Macs connected to a network using TCP/IP. All files are shared on a Windows 2003 R2 server (SMB share). When users move files from one folder to another, SOME files are "renamed" with a X behind them and if you double click on it, it will not open. If you rename the file by removing the X, it will open fine. This only occurs on some files and not all files.
Anyone come across this before or have any idea's what the problem could be?
