Apple logo () = & # 6 3 7 4 3 ;
Option key (⌥) & # 8 9 9 7 ;
Command key (⌘) = & # 8 9 8 4 ;

(Remove the spaces)
 
Special characters can be inserted using the character Palette which is a system wide resource that can be accessed using the ⌥⌘T (alt-command-t) keystroke combination.
 
I know but you get the occasional dell boi who might like to know how to do it :p
