mail server up or down?

aaaargh whats happened to my email, cant connect to mail server, anyone else having problem or just me..........

unable to connect to server(account blah blah, error number:0x800ccc0e)

No problems :
[nicroets@nic nicroets]$ fetchmail
fetchmail: No mail for nicroets at pop.sentechsa.com

Check the login details in your email client. Some pop3 virus checkers create a proxy and then change the login ID to something like ...@localhost. One of the perpetrators is Trend anti-virus when working with Outlook.

thanks guys, you were right, it had changed it to ...blah blah

wonders why after 3 months of sygate it decides to change it now????
