Market saturation, are there too many programmers?

There was a talk on this at DevConf. The market is full of Junior and Intermediate devs that are mediocre at best.

Job market for Senior or good devs is still really good, even in SA. They didn't all go to Netherlands or Ireland.

Been looking to hire a senior dev for a couple of months and it's actual shocking what is out there as "Senior" devs.

Thing is once I realized I made a mistake I cannot correct it but yea destroying people over such little things say a lot more actually. but enjoy
