Hi think the best way to handle this, is if we setup a website and let the people register .. they can "reserve" a seat and so we will know how many are coming on that day. We can setup a page with a map to the various different locations, eg: Gauteng, Cape Town, etc... and a map to each location where the meeting will be held.
