motherboard question

ok, even though i will prob only be in the market for a new PC at the end of year i wanna know. When i upgrade i will prob be taking over 3 normal PCI cards and want to know are there any motherboards that have 2x PCIe 16x + atleast 3 normal PCI slots... i have yet to find any. I see some boards have 2x PCIe 16x + 2 PCI + 2x PCIe 4x but can u use a normal PCI card in a PCIe 4x slot... (Haven't accually seen a board with PCIe yet)

And if i have 2 GPUs + 3 Normal pci cards will there be room for air flow to cool all that... or am i going to have to ditch my tv card and or sound card?

I have the ASUS premium SLI dual 16,
yip 3 PCI
I can vouch for,it mbo temps are low,performance is good,stable,with water on the CPU still fine.
 
well for one the new amd chips will be out wont they?

im sure they will use a different socket could be wrong though

Just a correction the premium mobo also got SATA2 support

I got myself the ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe. The spacing between the PCI slots is big but depending on the size of the G-cards you want to put in you might loose one or two slots.

If you're putting in two ASUS EN7800GTX TOPs, you're gonna loose two of the three slots. :) But with normal g-cards you should be able to use two of the slots.

EDIT: Cooling is also very good btw. ;)
