Motorola V3 Phone Tools Software

can anybody help ... a colleague purchased a bluetooth dongle, but phone is not recognized. cellshop said she should buy phone tools software, but this software comes with a cable. she would rather use the dongle she purchased.

does anybody have this cd? and can we copy it?

what was weird this software normally comes with the phone, but because she opted for the entry level contract ... she does not getit.

any help would be appreciated ... THx

I have the same phone and didn't get the software either. Looked around on the net and found that the general opinion of the software is that its crap.

I had some success with Mobiledit! but that was a while ago and haven't used it recently.

Phonetools really sucks.It works with bluetooth easier than cable cuz windows have some issues with the cable.Try mobiledit instead with b/tooth.
I don't know what you want to do,if you want upload clips google for a 3gp converter,then just right click,send to b/tooth.Same with mp3's.
