Hi SOAD_girl,

I think it is intolerable that the service company left your phone in that state. I recommend the following in order of preference:
  1. Send the phone back with a few harsh words telling them to fix it.
  2. Do the job yourself if you are happy with the technical nature of the "hack"

If you decide to do it yourself then you need a few things.
You will need:
  1. A PC data cable for your phone (USB)
  2. Some software to edit/delete the Web Sessions http://www.7900novadrive.com/v3/file/LeaderGL_FlexEditor_10.5_XP_Setup.exe (Includes everything you need - software and drivers - good if you read italian - crashes often but should do the job)

Let me know if you decide to go this route so that I can help or advise. It is definitely not for the faint of heart.

Regards

I'm sorry, I won't be able to help with that. I'm a little far from CT.

I guess you are stuck with the first option then.
