MTN to delete my bundle

Last night was the 6'th night of no internet. (We are not allowed to use private internet at work so I'm sneeking this). I use the net from 6PM to 9 every night. Problem is my bundle expires in 4 days and there is no way I can use it all up in that time even if they manage to fix the problem even today.
Surely MTN must make some adjustment as I paid for a service which I'm not getting. I am not responsible for their problem.
I sympathise with the technicians in trying to solve the problem as I am one myself and todays hightec equipment is very complicated.
 
If there was no internet for technical reasons, then you might be able to argue a case for an extension. Any other reason ... not much hope.
