Munchausens by proxy - who do you call?

If you suspect, emphasis on SUSPECT, a case of munchausens by proxy involving a relative, can anyone advise on where/how to report it ANONYMOUSLY?

I really don't want to go into any details, so any questions will be answered with limits.

They must rename everything, Münchausen by proxy was better imo.
