We are looking for a provider of Fixed IP addresses on an ADSL connection that has better routing than the similar IS product.
I know that MWeb offers the Fixed IP address product, and that they use the IS network, but, what routing do they use and how bad is the latency ?
To answer these questions, could somebody that uses the MWeb Fixed ISP services please please please ping 195.2.162.194 and 62.189.96.172.
We're getting response times of over a second from these IP addresses, which is completely useless, a SAIX account comes in at about 380ms, muuuch better, but there are no fixed ip address providers using SAIX ... or am I wrong there?
Many thanks.
