Setup of the MV400 should be straightforward: first of all, don't try to use wireless lan for initial setup as the MV has WLAN switched off by default. Configure your ethernet interface for dhcp allocated ip and dns (couldn't find the need for dhcp mentioned anywhere in the docs provided by Neotel!). Switch the device on and once it is showing green lights, connect your ethernet and you should get allocated an ip - most likely 192.168.0.2
Open a browser and go to http://192.168.0.1 and login with admin/admin (the device is at least happy with pretty much any browser) and be sure to have popups allowed for 192.168.0.1 - some device options (like reboot) will not work without the popup.
That should at least get you connected to the device...
