I am not too sure but I think there is something wrong with it or something. I have received a couple of calls today but realised the volume is low, so i turned it up to the highest. I received yet another call but no still cant hear. What would be the cause

Try turning up the volume while you are making a call. If that doesn't work, try putting your phone on the "Loud" profile. If that doesn't help, your phone's speaker might be damaged.

ok I am going to take it on Monday to have it checked out. Dam inconvenient though. Oh well
