my upload speeds have increased

My upload speeds have increased recently.i have upload speeds of at least 900kbps.Is Telkom working on increasing speeds?WebAfrica is my isp and i have a 4mb line.

Don't trust the Android speedtest app. I get a couple gigabit upload according to it. Download is pretty accurate though
