N36L MicroServer died - replacement motherboard?

My N40L is dying. Reboots by itself, and sometimes won't boot into Windows. Is there any way to fix it, or should I get a new N54L and sell this one for parts?

Same problem here although I found if I pause it during a movie or show in XBMC it doesn't reboot for some reason.

Woo Hoo. Got a N54L from Esquire, on special (thanks Esquire :D), swapped all the drives and turned it on. No issues at all. So far no reboots. Now to find out whether the N40L was actually broken, and if it can be fixed.

Goddammit. The new server is giving the same problem as the old one. The only thing in common is the SATA to Molex power cable adaptor that I need because the boot drive is in the ODD bay. Everything else is new. And the problem's intermittent - sometimes there's no issue, sometimes the POST shows the drive, but won't boot.

Any ideas?

Edit: Both boot drives work fine when they're put into a caddy and stuck into one of the HDD slots.

Guess I'm going to need a new power cable adaptor.
