True... but I don't buy F1.2 lenses to shoot at F8

Of course not But I guess if I was limited in the number of lenses I could buy I'd also go for the fastest even if I shot at 5.6 - 8 most of the time. But I suppose I could also afford more lenses if I wasn't always buying the fastest glass around.

I wouldnt mind getting a faster 50mm but the f/1.8 is so inexpensive it's practically disposable.
