Need help With port forwarding URGENT!

I need help urgently, 1stly i need to set up an old marconi router to forward ports as i am busy setting up a VPN network and can't access the router port. Also i am trying to set up Pcanywhere Version 11.0 which does support ADSL to ADSL connectivity any ideas on how to help me with this problem.
 
i found it thanks but it still doesnt help my situation
