need help with themes

I don't know how to put new themes on my Windows XP, i download them, but not shure how to us them.
So help would be great

get a sofware app, like windowsblinds, much better for theme handeling

Go to google, search for "StyleXP" , download and open the programme then select your theme and click apply.

or just put them in c:->windows->resource->theme.
