Well done, Im using a Vodacom HSDPA Modem to allow me to type this message....
If I tired my Neotel Prime Unlimited Connection, I would not sleep tonight....its soooooo slllllloooowwwww

Slow download
I usually download at between 180-205KB a second, 4 bar signal. I still have 4 bars but this afternoon it was max 80KB per second. Aboy 30 minutes ago it Went to 10KB and ten minutes ago to 0. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and got a bunch of different errors and connected twice but could not surf. Voice works perfect and I still have 4 bars. This happened once before but at like 2.30am and was gone by 8am the next day.
BTW I am in Plattekloof Cape town if that helps. If not fixed by morning i will call and shout at some Neotel Rep.

My speeds are back up to 120KB/s it was down for about an hour last night. To be honest I can emapthise with guys having problems, but I have had even worse problems with a IS uncapped express account which suddenly reduced thresholds thereby tripling in price and lets not talk about Telkom which cant give me ADSL anyway any every idiot that calls back regard Wimax tries to convince me i dont really need internet.

I would rather have a reliable Internet connection at a reasonable price. Whether that is with Telkom, Neotel, Vodacom, MTN etc is irrelevant...I am not going to fiddle around trying to make something work. I don't have the time to spend weeks trying to get my connection working.

Kirstenhof...but for some reason kirstenhof wasn't on Neotel's system so my location on their system is Westlake (Cape Town).
