Hi all i dont know if this is in the correct thread.

I noticed today Netflix has taken an extra R100 for somthing i do not know they took at the beginning of June R110 for my subscription which is cool but now they have taken another R100 does anyone know how to get hold of them on an email or some human support line?

It depends which Netflix you have subscribed for. Keep in mind the cost is different depending on where you are located.

Also keep in mind you aren't supposed to use it in SA, so I think you are going to have a hard time explaining to them what your US/Dublin/etc. address is.

You are using the $7.99 US Netflix?

lol, what happens if they find out you're using their service illegally?

So silly to pay for something that is not supported.

They will refund you in a week. There's nothing you need to do. Happened to me before as well.

Just remember that this isn't a ZA company trying to steal your money.

Lol I know haha im speaking on customer service now she says I must phone them I restarted my account this month and its a charge order. I don't know if I should phone or not

I had to phone them once. I used Google Voice which allows you to call any US landline for free. So I used that, it worked perfectly and it was free.

My case was my account was flagged with fraud, because I bought a voucher on ebay and the person who paid for the voucher did a fraud thing with his credit card, so all the accounts that used those vouchers were flagged with fraud. At least after a big fuss, they fixed my account and the ebay seller refunded what I paid him.

They might ask you for your credit card number to verify you and then they will refund or fix the mistake.
