Back from work now and restarted the movie I was watching last night. Now it's streaming very nicely. Perhaps all the fanboys finished their IOS7 downloads.
I'll have an official update posted here in a bit.
Quick update, it looks like the heavy usage on our IPC has dropped off a bit - this trend is over the last 30 mins or so.
Hopefully it keeps going down to our acceptable levels
