Add MTN SA CEO on LinkedIn and send him your story. Sad and frustrating but this is the kind of service at 99% of organisations in SA. Something is only done when one speaks to the highest authority. Had to go one below the Minister of Home Affairs office (and threaten to take it to the minister) in order to get my little girls passport sorted out recently.
