Blue eyes are really colourless (a bit like the air in the sky looking blue) which is a feature of many babies. They then get their normal colouring later.

Not at all. The blonde-blue-eyed thing is a bit of an oversimplification.
There were numerous criteria for an Aryan face, including bone structure
and shape of the nose.
