Nokia 6680 sound

When im anwsering a call on my nokia 6680 the sound is bad that i hardly cant hear the caller the vollume is open full the only other then that i can do is to putt the call on speaker ,can someone please let me know what i can do to fix the problem.

maybe the speaker got damaged somehow. I've heard of speakers getting little liquid on it and the speakers then sound muffled. Sweat can do that too
