Not happy with BT Games!

to get back on topic:

i think BTgame are ok-ish, have had a few gripes with them but nothing too majar (for SA anyway). between them and TopCD i get the titles i want more or less as soon as they are available
 
I sent a email to the branch in Centurion a month ago to inquire about a game in march a
nd has had no reply, i then sent a email to Shannon at head-office on the 5th of may and still i have had no reply. I think their service stinks.
