ntp time server on mtn network???

Anyone know of a timeserver (ntp) available from the MTN network? I used to use tock.nml.csir.co.za, but this now seems firewalled from MTN???? Can't even ping it.

I've been using SAIX's one from MTN network, haven't had any problems with it. The IP address is 196.25.1.1.
