Olympia DECT Dualphone - volume too low!

Hey there

A week ago I acquired an Olympia DECT Dualphone. It works very well with Skype and landline calls, but the problem is I find the volume is very soft, even when I've turned up the volume control to maximum.

Has anyone who used this phone experienced the same problem? Although it works well, I'm tempted to take it back tomorrow.

firmware upgrade

you should upgrade firmware at www.dualphone.co.za (downloads) - make sure you have latest skype software and then upgrade dualphone firmware. It makes a big difference!
