Only allow voice calls from predefined numbers. Is it possible?

Is it possible to direct all voice calls to voicemail with the exception of a few predefined numbers?

I would like to limit the callers that can get through to a cell phone.

Anyone know if there is a phone that can do it or if any of the network operators have this ability?

Only about 8 numbers should be allowed to get through.

On a SE W800i you can change the profile to accept calls only from those in a list. You can also set it to "accept NO calls". I haven't tried it, but presumably the calls will go to voicemail if they are 'unacceptable'.

There is also another group function, but this is for the ringtones, so that you know who is calling from the sound. You could use that as a filter too, as long as they don't withhold their number.

I recollect there being a closed user group offering from MTN, probably other providers too. May be worth looking into.
