OOB service help

Am I correct by saying that the OOB service is not active. Meaning that I should not be charged OOB as per the screenshot details. Reason why I am asking because I was charged for out of bundle.

Oob can also apply to calls not, just data usage which you have disabled

Yes thanks and for SMS's as well. I have been fighting with MTN since Tuesday as they don't want to refund my airtime back.
