Openserve Fibre Order

Good day, peeps.

Hope that someone can help me, I signed up for Openserve connect fibre, paid everything and now my order is on Verifying rica for the past 6 day's nothing else. The app and help is not much of a help at all.

unless I am mistaken, Openserve Connect is an app - when you use the app to search your address or place an order, you should then be presented with the various ISPs that offer service over the Openserve Fibre Network at your address

If you have placed your order via the app you should have a reference/record of your order, which should also then point you to the ISP you chose when placing the order, eg. Telkom, Afrihost, Krypton Web etc

Yes I use openserve network themself... Cause Afrihost was being a Pick regarding my order. So I used openserve website, Signed Up and Paid.. And now Still waiting for Rica to be Verifed and cannot seem to get anything out of them. I would cancel but hence I already paid.
