Outgoing email with Outlook Express

I am having a problem sending email thru Outlook express and Outlook. It was previously bothways, but had reloaded my OS ( Win98 SE) and now am Unable to send mail.

The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server. (Account:'10Silva',SMTP Server:'smtp.saix.net',ErroeNumber: 0x800ccc0f).

Anyone who can assist?

Hi Anthony,

Just a comment... If you're using an adsl router instead of an adsl modem directly connected to the pc, have a look at your mtu settings... (check other threads here).
