Something borked somewhere, courtesy of telskommels?

Hi all

I am on TelkomSA Dial-up - does anyone know if they are experiencing significant technical issues? I cannot get anywhere - even this site took 10+ mins to load - tried with and without proxy and accelerator proxy.
