Payment Refused Error(420). 6110

I keep getting an error message every time i try to buy a map , iam pissed off.

Need help plz.

Which map, and from what supplier?

Why do you want to purchase a map, the 6110 Nav has one built-in (Route66/Navteq)?

I try to buy them from the route 66 store via my 6110. I type the visa number ..etc and when i hit continue it says Payment Refused Error(420).

I tryed to buy new map for my country because there is alot of new streets that are not shown in the current map.
