Help the confused.
Taking a vodacom brochure it states that.... on 4u prepaid:
peak - R04.77c/sec (R2.85/min)
off peak - R01.9c/sec (R1.12/min)
Why do they show the calls in minutes? I thought if you are on per second billing, you "talk for a second/pay for a second"? So why show in minutes as well?
