Re. gaming, I guess I could see what the Neotel signal is like at home and try plug it into my home rig. Really don't wanna have to set up my home pc at the office though, but I will if the MyBB community requires it :p

Those icmp responses doesn't look that bad to Neotel's own routers, before it jumps to the hosting server wich is on a totally different network. Now to get an upload speed test from Neotel client to another Neotel client, I think the easiest would be to a DCC file transfer...

Perhaps ico and BlueCollar up for the challenge?
 
I've tried to get some stuff via DCC doesn't seem to work doesn't connect to the other client... But I wouldn't mind doing this test atm the max speed I've managed to upload at is 12kB/s be interesting to see if that could change if uploading to another neotel client

I hope you noted that cell was in quotes. Please do not take life to serious, it may haunt you. :D

I am been serious that is why I am going to cancel with Neotel and re-apply for my adsl once again..
Neotel Lite package is worst than dial-up package, over 10minutes for a website to load..

That is stone age connection to the internet...

Stick with DSL.
