Prime Video vs Netflix?

Trying Amazon Prime on the lounge Android TV box: the UI isn't quite as intuitive as NetFlix.
Complaints:
Hitting skip intro is often somehow going to the next episode.
Have to find the series I want to continue watching (bookmark kinda fixed that, but have to still hunt to the season/episode).

Trying to watch The Office : extreme cringe and testing my ability to get through a single episode.
