QoS Packet Scheduler

hello, i have a small version of windows xp sp2 which doesn't have QoS packet Scheduler on it. I think this is the reason why people on the network can't see my pc but i can see their's. If any1 can help me... I need the .inf file of that, i can't seem 2 find it online and if any1 knows where i can get it or u can send it to me, Ek sal baie dankbaar wees!!

He is probably refering to tiny xp which is a extremely gutted pirate version of windows xp floating around. Its just 128 megs so large portions of its been removed.

Regarding your problem I doubt its that packet schedular. All that that thing does is control the amount of bandwidth one service gets over another. It also controls some bandwidth reservation for things like windows updates.
