mean nothing - all that matters is whoever is cheaper. So forget 'loyalty' to any names - just go with the cheapest bandwidth+smoothest signup.

Unless you are strictly reffering to ADSL SAIX accounts only I have to disagree, look at Level3 vs Cogent or UUNet ADSL vs SAIX ADSL for example.
