Rain Network Is Absurdly Slow

oof that speed more than enough for me.

the 150/220GB look good.

i wonder if its possible to take say the 75/75 and upgrade to a higher cap or downgrade, also is it locked to a certain tower or can use it on the move ?
You'll notice the "Internet on the go" packages are expensive. Those you can use anywhere.

The "Connect your home to our 4G network" is tower locked.

I got a promo deal for R299 40GB day 40GB night. That promo is now gone it seems.

Folks, I cannot be the only one experiencing the slowness. I mean I have to wake up early to work because during the day the network is crap.
Now even early this morning I'm faced with slowness. How is one to work like this?

In case you want speedtest as I'm assuming that's what you gonna ask me, please see the below.

For you curiosity, please check the time the screenshots were taken, please do something about this or at least recommend an alternative solution if not the network itself.

Yep, hence Telkom as secondary option.

Best part is you can get a SIM for free at PEP, they RICA it in 5 min and then you dial *180#, change it to SmartBroadband, load 10GB data for a test and see how that goes in your area.

RAIN has some nice speeds, where and when it works well.

i've never seen it cross 40MB/s even with 4G+those are fine speed but this the upper limit iv'e seen in PE on telkom however that was on a bad day when they had that 500GB Midnight bundle but it was gone with the wind when they started that Bundle roulette thing.

Lol in SA if something is too good it has to be taken away

Oof, and, dare I say it, Telkom is one of if not the only operator that drags data for 61 days. MTN is doing that for my night time data, I have not tested on normal data since I use it all usually, but since I'm on Telkom now perhaps I'll be able to see.
